You are invited to participate in a survey about proxy statements sponsored by R.R. Donnelley, Equilar, and the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
RR Donnelley works with over 1,900 US companies in the preparation and production of their proxy statements. Increasingly many of our clients are asking our advice about what can make their proxies more useful to investors.
Your participation will help us identify -- and communicate to our clients -- new insights into how asset owners and managers use proxy statements to inform their decision making on proxy-related issues involving the board of directors, executive compensation, and other matters.
We think that more informative and digestible proxy disclosures will benefit companies as well as their investors.
We will provide participants with a summary of our research findings at the conclusion of the study.
