Does your fund monitor diversity, gender or otherwise, on the boards of companies in which it invests? If so, how is the information used?
The Council’s weekly Corporate Governance Alert would like to highlight some of the ways members are increasing diversity on corporate boards. Could you share some of those initiatives? If you do not want to post them on the listserv, please forward them to Rosemary Lally, editor of the Alert, at rosemary@cii.org<mailto:rosemary@cii.org>.
How to post on this members-only listserv: Just send an email addressed to ciidiscussion@cii.org<mailto:ciidiscussion@cii.org> and it will be distributed automatically to all members who subscribe to the listserv.
Hitting “reply” to a post will send your response to the entire list. To reply just to the sender, hit reply, delete ciidiscussion@cii.org<mailto:ciidiscussion@cii.org> from the “to” field and type in the sender’s email address.
