Couple of ideas. High frequency trading with all the press
attention of Michael Lewis' new book. The guys in the book started a new exchange in Canada. And then the topic of activism in general. Is it good for companies/shareholders or not? There is new academic research that it is but I am sure someone from Wachtell could go the con side.

Last month, CII staff queried members on this listerv on suggestions for future Webinars/teleconferences. We had a lot of volunteers for panelists but few for topics. We really need your suggestions for topics to explore in calls and Webinars. Please weigh in! And if you or a member of your organization is interested in speaking on a call, do let us know. We are grateful that so many members are willing to volunteer their time and expertise.
Thanks,
Amy
